After arriving late on Sunday and grabbing dinner in Lihue at Duke's, we arrived at the Marriott Waiohai Beach Club, a timeshare resort in Poipu on the south side of Kauai.

The property is right on the beach and is shaped like a "U" around a number of small pools, hot tubs, a grill area, beautiful landscaping, all terminating in a beach-front bar and grill that looks out over Poipu Beach and the ocean.  It was a decent sized property with eight buildings each having somewhere between 40 and 50 units.

We made good use of the sunny days lounging around the pools and enjoying some cold beverages.  Tough life, eh?
